- All shipment prices are based upon weight. International shipments may be subject to pay duties and taxes which is out of our control.
- Please allow 2 weeks for all items to be produced and 5-7 days to process all orders. Once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow all items 2-5 business days to arrive once shipped, and an additional 10-15 days for all international orders.
- We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or undelivered packages. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please open an investigation with the carrier. We will not replace any packages. If you have any questions regarding your order please feel free to contact us.
